A problem report is most useful with: the browser and operating system, the connection type (USB or Bluetooth), the radio's firmware version, the steps that lead to the problem, and the error message or a screenshot. Bugs in the radio firmware itself should be reported to the authors of the ATS Mini project.

Payments and refunds

Support is accepted through Buy Me a Coffee, and card payments are processed by Stripe. The Provider has no access to the full card number.

Getting a refund

Within 14 days of a payment, it is refunded without any reason being needed.
A payment of the wrong amount, a duplicate payment or one made without the cardholder's consent is refunded later too.

A refund request should be sent to contact@atsminiradio.com with the date and amount of the payment and the name or nickname and email address used. The refund is issued within 14 days of the request, to the card or account used for the payment. Banks usually post it within 5–10 business days.

Unrecognised payment

On a statement the payment usually appears as ATSMINIRADIO TIPS. For a payment the cardholder does not recognise, writing to the contact address is enough. The payment will be checked and, if the cardholder did not make it, refunded. Contacting the bank straight away is also an option.
